Gift Vouchers

These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Purpose & Pleasure Occupational Therapy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or redeeming a Voucher, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for professional services offered by Purpose & Pleasure Occupational Therapy at the time of booking. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase goods, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for services not provided by us.

2. Expiry & Validity

All Gift Vouchers are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. The expiry date is stated on the Voucher. Expired Vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

3. Booking & Availability

Redemption of a Voucher is subject to service availability and requires advance booking. The Voucher number must be provided at the time of booking and presented at the appointment. Our standard booking and cancellation policies apply to all Voucher bookings.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

If an appointment booked using a Gift Voucher is cancelled with insufficient notice or is not attended, the Voucher may be partially or fully redeemed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5. Transfers, Refunds & Exchanges

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Vouchers are not transferable without our prior written approval.

6. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Lost, stolen, damaged or deleted Vouchers will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided and the Voucher has not already been redeemed. Replacement is at our discretion.

7. Partial Redemption & Remaining Balance

If the value of the service exceeds the Voucher amount, the difference must be paid at the time of service. If the service costs less than the Voucher value, the remaining balance may be used for future services before the expiry date. No cash refunds are provided for unused balances.

8. Pricing & Service Changes

We reserve the right to change our services and pricing at any time. Gift Vouchers will be honoured for the monetary value purchased, not for a specific service, if service offerings or prices change.

9. Exclusions

Gift Vouchers cannot be used for:

• Services funded or claimable through NDIS or WorkCover

• Third-party services

10. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to cancel a Voucher if fraud, unauthorised reproduction, tampering, or misuse is suspected.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a statutory guarantee applies, we will comply with our legal obligations.
