Our FND Discovery group programs offer a safe and inviting space to connect with others experiencing Functional Neurological Disorder, while learning more about the condition and practical tailored strategies for recovery. Group therapy sessions typically run once weekly for 1.5hrs.  Our programs run for 12 weeks and individuals must agree to participate for the full 12 weeks to be eligible to participate. Program sessions are charged at $75 per session. Group size is limited to 4 individuals experiencing FND. Carers are welcome and encouraged to attend free of charge when supporting a participating individual.

Our casual fortnightly support group is facilitated by an experienced Occupational Therapist passionate about, and experienced in, providing support to people experiencing FND and group facilitation. These sessions run for approximately 1 hr and are charged at $10 per session. Any individual diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder is welcome. 

 

We are able to support various funding options including self-funded, NDIS, and Private Health Insurance (depending on your level of cover and your provider, please enquire with your provider regarding your eligibility).
